Have you ever worried about losing your salvation?
Has there ever been a time in your life when you felt like you walked away from Christ or that you did something bad enough for Him to leave you?
If you answered yes to the above questions, then you’re in good company.
There are a lot of legalistic churches and organizations that are adamantly teaching that Christians can become unsaved based on their behavior.
And their false teaching has done a lot of damage in the minds and emotions of believers who have believed their lies.
Why don’t you sit back, relax, and listen to the following words from the One who is Loyal and True, the One who will never leave you, nor stop loving you:
“My one and only true love, no one can kiss two people at the same time.”
“A kiss is an expression of an intimate relationship.”
“Our Divine romance started with the kiss of your salvation, your deliverance out of the spiritual realm of Adam into Me, your Spiritual Bridegroom.”
“My Spirit first awakened you to My love for you by grace—My unprovoked favor and tender loving-kindness toward you.”
“And through your initial belief into Me, you became Mine forevermore.”
“My eternal life is a matchless gift from Me to you, My beloved bride.”
“You could never earn Me nor deserve Me, but only willingly receive Me into your heart.”
“And this reception happens only one time.”
“In the same moment you believed into Me, My Spirit moved into your new spirit.”
“Our eternal spiritual union is your new heart.”
“I in you and you in Me for all eternity.”
“We will never divorce because I will never leave you nor forsake you, regardless of what you may or may not do.”
“Our eternal spiritual union is unbreakable, unshakeable, and indestructible.”
“Even if you are deceived into believing that you can walk away from Me, it is simply not possible.”
“I am with you always and forevermore.”
(The above words from your Beloved and Scripture List is an excerpt from my the first book in my Fifty Days in His Love devotional series.)
Your divine romance with Christ started the moment you believed in Him, the moment Father God took you out of the realm of Adam and immersed you into the eternal realm of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Colossians 1:13 says, “He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son.”
His Spirit first woke you up to His love for you by grace—His “unprovoked favor and tender loving-kindness toward you.”
And through your initial belief into Him, you became His forevermore.
Ephesians 2:8–9 says, “By grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
Your eternal union with Christ is your new heart, beloved one.
He is in you and you are in Him for all eternity.
In John 10:28, Jesus says, “I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.”
Hebrews 13:5 says, “For He Himself has said, ‘I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you.'”
And 2 Timothy 2:13 says, “If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.”
I struggled with the concept of eternal security for several years.
I asked Jesus to come live in my heart right before my tenth birthday.
But I did not realize then that, at the moment of belief, Father God immersed me into Christ and sealed me in Him (1 Cor. 1:22; Eph. 1:13; 4:30).
I wasn’t looking into the mirror of His Word to find out who I already and forever was in Him.
And because of that, I was vulnerable to Satan’s deception.
He loves to play the “salvation by works” card.
But when I started getting my mind renewed with new covenant truth, God showed me that Christ in me IS my salvation, and that’s never going to change!
Man, this is good news!
It’s the best news ever!
I want to encourage you to believe and enjoy your indestructible union with Christ today and every day!
